1. Return Conditions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we accept returns on products that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items must be free of any odours, stains, or damage, and must show no signs of wear or use. Original tags must remain attached and the original packaging must be intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.
2. How to Request a Return
Please do not send items back without prior authorisation. To begin the process, email us at kontakt@nordfeld.de with your order number and the reason for your return. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and provide full return instructions. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a store error, we will cover all return shipping costs in full. In all other situations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes, but is not limited to: change of mind, wrong size selected, wrong colour selected, duplicate orders placed by the customer, incorrect item ordered by the customer, item not meeting expectations, accidental purchases, delayed return requests, and any other reason resulting from customer error or personal preference.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at kontakt@nordfeld.de. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — the choice is entirely yours. All return shipping costs in these cases are covered by us.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return conditions. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may not appear in your account until your next 1–2 billing cycles. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly dispatched item.
6. Exchanges
We are happy to assist with exchanges, subject to stock availability. Before returning your item, please contact us at kontakt@nordfeld.de to confirm whether the desired product is available. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund for the returned item instead.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after receipt. Items returned without original tags or packaging, or showing any signs of use, will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend first checking your bank account and contacting your card issuer, as processing times can vary. If your refund is still missing after 14 business days from our confirmation email, please contact us at kontakt@nordfeld.de and we will investigate immediately.
9. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and free from any odours, stains, damage, or signs of use. All return conditions set out in Section 1 must be met in full for a return to be accepted. This policy is in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. Requests submitted outside this 14-day window will not be accepted under any circumstances.
