1. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees. If you prefer a faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
2. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it within 2–3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a dispatch email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as sales events or public holidays.
3. Delivery Times
After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 5–14 business days, depending on your location. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or unusually high shipping volumes during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.
4. Order Tracking
Every order is shipped with full tracking included. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the carrier's website. If your tracking information has not been updated within 7 business days of receiving your dispatch email, please contact us at kontakt@nordfeld.de and we will investigate on your behalf.
5. Fulfilment & Logistics
To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we fulfil orders from multiple logistics centres strategically located in the United States, Germany, and China. Every order — regardless of which fulfilment centre it is dispatched from — undergoes the same rigorous quality control process before being packed and shipped. Routing orders through our network of centres allows us to dispatch more efficiently, reduce transit times, and get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped in reinforced, tamper-evident packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
We currently ship to customers in Germany. As our fulfilment network operates across multiple countries, some orders may be subject to customs inspection upon entry. We take every reasonable step to ensure smooth customs clearance. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be determined by your local customs authority. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any questions about potential charges before placing your order, so there are no surprises at delivery.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at kontakt@nordfeld.de with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will always offer you a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. We are committed to making sure every customer receives their order in perfect condition, and we will work quickly to resolve any delivery problems.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@nordfeld.de with your order number and the correct address. We will do our best to update your details before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels already in transit. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will reship it to the corrected address free of charge as soon as it is received back at our fulfilment centre.
