All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Payments are processed securely through our payment providers, which include Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal Wallet. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Promotional discounts and offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
6. Orders & Contract Formation
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your order has been shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, stock discrepancies, or pricing errors. If your order is refused after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund within 7–14 business days.
7. Cancellations
Due to our fast-paced fulfilment process — all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched directly from our own stock — cancellations can only be requested within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at kontakt@nordfeld.de with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please wait for delivery and then follow our standard returns process. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
